Wisconsin here. Oily residue in melted snow. Sticky substance on all the siding. I know Illinoise is having issues too. Weird metalic scents.
DC area, still ice-hard “snow”. PA investigator found all kinds of microscope visible parasites wiggling around in it. CHEM SNOW
