Over a 7-year period, water-bill was more than $743,000
“One month, the water-bill totalled more than $49,694. The previous month had amounted to almost $600. From month to month there was no average bill [amount]. Sometimes it amounted to tens of thousands of dollars, other times just hundreds.”
This is very odd, and in an ‘old-world’ building, too!
